Each chapter is like a restaurant review, except that it rates the employers in terms of what they are doing well -- and areas where they could improve. Ratings are assigned to each employer in eight key areas:

Ratings in each area are assigned relative to other employers in their industry, which provides a more accurate picture of how each employer compares to its peers.
